My Work Style

Max Productivity

Every great product marketing leader knows that time is one of their most valuable assets. That’s why I embrace efficiency first, whether it’s avoiding Loop 1 stop-and-go traffic or empowering my team to work remotely or go “heads down” when it makes sense.

Quality work doesn’t depend on where you are, but how you execute.

Driving GTM success means balancing focus and collaboration. Whether refining API guides, crafting GTM messaging, or conducting UAT feedback sessions, I’ll advocate for a situation that gets the work done over where the work occured.

Face Time Matters

While there’s little time to waste getting things done, I also believe in the power of occasional in-person connections. Building face-to-face relationships with my team, clients, and partners is important. A conference room brainstorm, holiday celebration, surprise “You’re amazing!” gift to a colleague in the mail, or a casual talk-shop happy hour make for great relationship glue.

Balance

I’m a working mom of four incredible kids who make me proud, keep me grounded, and occasionally serve as my unofficial UX test audience. They’re more than happy to prescreen my presentations or participate in a quick product test from their phones. A 13-year-old has probably improved my email copy more than once. After all, modern teens are practically digital consultants in their own right.

Setting an example of leadership, adaptability, and lifelong learning both at home and in my career is very important to me.
