Mobile Features Promo Video
Sales reps at CloudCall needed a compelling video to showcase its mobile app features. In true startup fashion, I studied the product descriptions, recruited a colleague to capture the app in action and produced a quick video montage. It shows how the mobile app mirrors CloudCall o1’s desktop interface, seamlessly syncs activity data to CRM records, and boosts productivity on-the-go.
Product Release Notes
While CloudCall’s Product team emailed internal release notes, customer-facing updates were still needed to drive user engagement. I collaborated with Product and Customer Success leaders to create polished, digestible release notes, spotlighting new features, enhancements and clear instructions for adoption and training.
Competitor Battle Cards
I equipped the sales team with battle cards to confidently position CloudCall against VoIP giants like Zoom, handle objections, highlight key differentiators, and win deals.
Master Pitch Deck
A versatile, high-impact Everyware sales resource I refined over time to speak to various audiences: ISVs, SaaS buyers, tradeshow audiences, investors and ISO partners. Packed with stats, use cases, and testimonials, this deck evolved with new product launches to maximize wins for the Sales Account Executives.
Marketing Progress Report Deck
A data-driven PowerPoint presentation showcasing key marketing initiatives for the Everyware team, from SEO progress and website analytics to tradeshow impact and new product launch activities. Engaging animations and visuals keep stakeholders informed and impressed.
Go to Market Training Deck
For each new product release, including this one for Everyware’s Identity Verification solutions, I dedicated time to preparing in-depth training about the features, the competitors, regulations, ICPs, target verticals, a live UX walkthrough, messaging, and assets available to the in their a GTM Kit. By the end of a GTM training “launch party”, the team was prepared to ace their GTM readiness quiz and sell!
Feature Webpage - Embedded Pay
As part of a GTM sales enablement package, I developed pages like this one to clearly position Everyware’s Hosted Checkout and embedded payments solutions. I crafted the messaging to highlight key features and benefits, ensuring a compelling narrative to drive adoption.
Feature Webpage - BNPL
I teamed up with marketing counterparts at Sunbit to create this landing page, designed as part of a partner launch campaign to drive qualified leads to sign up for our integrated Buy Now Pay Later solution. Every element, from CTAs to conversion flows, was designed to align with both businesses’ sales funnels for maximum impact - while helping merchants in service industries eliminate financial barriers for customers in need.
Co-Branded Landing Page
I partnered with Bizee’s marketing team to create this landing page, calling new business owners to sign up for Everyware’s merchant processing. It highlights key benefits and CTAs, guiding merchants to the payment and messaging tools they need to launch. The page included a link and quote directing merchants to watch Everyware’s CEO discuss his own entrepreneurship journey, a podcast interview arranged as part of this partnership GTM.
Nuclear Medicine Program Assessment
At UT Health Austin/Dell Medical School, I evaluated the feasibility of a Nuclear Medicine program, analyzing treatment efficacy, equipment costs, staffing, and logistics for nuclear material transport. I benchmarked peer programs, interviewed experts, and developed a strategic plan, providing leadership with a clear, data-driven roadmap.
Tradeshows & Events
My team planned which industry events Everyware would attend (between 36-50 annually), the estimated lead gen, deals, speaking opportunities, sponsorship packages, email campaigns, social posts, and live demo strategies for each.
Mobile Mammo Program Assessment
For UT Health Austin/Dell Medical School, I led an SBAR assessment of the Big Pink Bus, a mobile mammography unit. Presented to Austin Health Innovation Zone leaders, this deck outlined the opportunity for UT Health Austin’s Women’s Health practice to acquire, rebrand, and operate the program. My analysis evaluated its alignment with institutional goals, financial viability, and community impact, providing a clear path forward for leadership.
Sketchnote Handouts
I created this illustrated agenda handout to showcase sketchnoting as a powerful visual communication tool. This resource demonstrated how visual storytelling enhances engagement, retention, and idea-sharing in lessons, pitches, and meetings while highlighting my ability to develop compelling and strategic marketing assets.
Edu Pitch Contest
I designed and led a cross-pollination event in partnership with the Clinical Education Department, bringing in EdTech mentors from Capital Factory to help reimagine clinician training. This competitive, pitch-style format challenged teams to develop innovative ways to teach annual competencies and patient care, transforming traditional learning with fresh, tech-driven strategies.
Ideation Cards
I led the creation of this interactive resource, equipping educators with a deck of Ideation Cards featuring QR codes linking to cutting-edge EdTech solutions. Developed in partnership with community innovation leaders and clinical educators, these cards drove engagement and knowledge-sharing, empowering teams to integrate new technology into clinician training.
